Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do not normally process or ship orders on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option for orders within Belgium and applicable European destinations:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method of your order. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We may ship to selected countries within the European Union and other European destinations where available. Available destinations and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and, where available, a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aboutus@aconmik.store or 3223733000. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed for shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or other customer-related reason, we will contact you to verify the correct shipping information. Additional reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable Belgian and European Union law.
