Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Under applicable EU and Belgian consumer law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Products should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable. The following items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law: – Custom or personalized items – Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed – Items damaged due to misuse or excessive handling – Other statutory exceptions

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at aboutus@aconmik.store with your order number and reason for return 2. We will provide you with return instructions 3. Package your return securely with your order information included 4. Ship the return package to the address provided (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will normally be credited to your original payment method. Where applicable, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us, we will cover the applicable return or replacement costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at aboutus@aconmik.store with photos of the damage or defect and your order number. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us at aboutus@aconmik.store with your order number and photos of the item received. We will provide appropriate return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you where applicable.

Return Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable Belgian and European Union law. This may include personalized products, sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other legal reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including: – Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed – Custom-sized or personalized products – Products specifically modified according to the customer’s requirements

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Belgian or European Union law.
