Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The following items are not eligible for return: – Custom or personalized items – Clearance or final sale items (marked as “Final Sale”) – Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence – Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at aboutus@aconmik.store with your order number and reason for return 2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions 3. Package your return securely with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside 4. Ship the return package to the address provided (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error) Returns without a Return Authorization Number may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account (typically 2-3 business days for credit cards, up to 30 days for some payment methods).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us, we will cover the shipping costs for the new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at aboutus@aconmik.store with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your option. Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us at aboutus@aconmik.store with your order number and photos of the item received. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Return Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may make exceptions to this return policy at our discretion. This includes: – Medical reasons (with appropriate documentation) – Unforeseen circumstances preventing return within the 30-day window Please contact our customer service team to request an exception.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: – Face masks and personal protective equipment – Used or opened storage products with direct food contact – Custom-sized or modified products


This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026. Aconmik reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes to this policy will be effective when posted on this page.
