Return and exchange policy

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a partial refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Damaged products caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidents


4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at reachus@aconmik.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide the return shipping address and label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and send it back to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order included a discount or coupon, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are only available for items in new, unused condition.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at reachus@aconmik.store for further assistance.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you may instead request a return after receiving it.
